Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, email help@trymedlex.com — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to cancel. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed. All approved cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

30-Day Performance Guarantee

If your pad leaks, soaks through, or fails to protect overnight within 30 days of delivery, email us at help@trymedlex.com with a description of the issue and a photo where possible. We'll issue a full refund if the product didn't perform. This does not apply to change-of-mind returns, sizing preferences, or damage from misuse or improper washing.

Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. If eligible, we'll offer either a replacement or a full refund — one resolution per order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed with no refund, contact us at help@trymedlex.com.

Shipping

MedLex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, reshipment is available for a $20 fee. Refunds are not available for incorrect-address shipments.

EU Customers

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.
